Hello fellow FC parents! My name is Alec Quintanilla and I was raised in Franklin County, TN. After graduating from FCHS, I went to University of Alabama in Huntsville and stayed down there for 13 years. After starting a family, we decided to come back to FC in 2025 since most of my family was still here. In this process, my wife found it hard to find local events to do with the kids while I was at work. This kick started the effort you are reading today, TheDadMap. I wanted to create a centralized hub where you could find family friendly local events, business directories, seasonal guides, parenting resources, etc. I plan on keeping an updated calendar of local events in the Franklin County, TN area, creating blog type posts of said events, and providing resources for parents in the area.
